A life-long love of gardens and plants, drawn from a childhood growing up in rural Derbyshire, inspired George to study Landscape Design at the English Gardening School, before going on to gain valuable experience in the practical side of gardening and landscape construction, with a small company in London.
George joined Taylor Tripp in 2009 and became a Director in 2020. He is an accomplished landscape designer, who has developed a successful career working on variety of projects, varying in size and complexity, which include many listed properties and historic restorations.
Inspired by the landscape around him, George’s strength lies in designing country gardens and landscapes, with an innate understanding of the right approach for each setting and environment. This, coupled with his passion, experience and strength of visualisation, means that he is able to work with the individual characteristics of each property, to create both an emotional and a practical response to every site.
