Mazen was awarded a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree at Birmingham City University and used this to follow a path working for varying companies within a business and telcommunications field.
In 2008, Mazen felt a yearning to pursue a more creative career path within the realms of garden design and so enrolled at Sparsholt College, Winchester, where he was awareded a FdSc (1st) in Garden Design.
Having completed the course, Mazen was enthusisiatic to develop his skills within private practice and so was very pleased when he was offered a junior design position at Janine Pattison Studios. Between 2011 and 2015, Mazen worked his way through the ranks and became a Senior Designer for the company, where he was repsonsible for managing some of the large scale projects, working with clients and consultant teams, including: architects, interior designers, engineers, surveyors, etc. He was involved in developing designs for care homes; educational facilities, planning consultants, Local Planning Authorities and private clients' of high net worth.
Wanting to develop his skill base further, he went to work for Influence as senior designer, where he gained skills undertaking Landscape Visual Impact Assessments, Landscape Strategy and further design work for the commercial sector.
He soon realised that private sector design, work dealing with individual, passionate clients' was more for him and applied to join Taylor Tripp, early 2016. He has quickly become an established member of the team and is key to compiling plans in Vectorworks and also undertaking designs for company clients.
